Workava was born from a simple idea:

As Apollo employee #17, I witnessed the company scale from a scrappy startup to over 500+ employees across Series A, B, and C funding rounds. Throughout my tenure, I was the #1 sales rep, onboarding hundreds of companies and training thousands of sales reps to unlock the full potential of Apollo.

In this journey, I saw firsthand how most companies lacked a clear strategy to leverage their tools. I found myself spending extra time ensuring clients not only had a successful onboarding experience but also received ongoing guidance on evolving content strategies, email deliverability, and outbound workflows.

I eventually joined a sales consulting agency to refine my skills and learn how to better help companies optimize their outbound strategies and scale effectively. Those experiences — combined with my passion for empowering SDRs and AEs to hit milestones, crush quota, and change their lives — inspired me to launch Workava.
